Iced Coffee with Fresh Cherry Cold Foam
This cherry cold foam is the easiest way to make your cold brew taste like summer. Made with fresh, peak-season cherries and just a few simple ingredients, it’s sweet, creamy, and just tart enough to keep things interesting.
Unlike the usual flavored syrups, this one actually tastes like real fruit… because it is. No artificial vibes, no complicated steps. Just cherries, creaminess, and caffeine doing what they do best.

Ingredients
Cherry Syrup
Cherry Cold Foam
Instructions
- Make the Cherry Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine cherries, brown sugar, vanilla, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cherries are soft and syrupy. Lightly mash the cherries with a spoon. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a small bowl or jar. Let cool completely.
- Make the Cold Foam: In a small bowl or milk frother, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and 1–2 tablespoons of the cherry syrup (more or less depending on how sweet and cherry-forward you like it). Use a handheld milk frother or whisk to whip the mixture until light and frothy — about 20–30 seconds.
- Pour your iced coffee or cold brew into a glass over ice. Spoon the cherry cold foam on top. Optional: drizzle with extra cherry syrup or garnish with a cherry.
Notes
- Store leftover cherry syrup in the fridge for up to a week — it’s great on pancakes or yogurt too.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and almond or oat milk.
